Only changes you may notice are no !buylevel on Turbo.

Under Comm Tools in the main admin menu.

And the nades do not stop you. Not sure what you are talking about Ctrl.

well when u get stuck by the nade in the turbo server it sometimes freezes you, u dont get all blue it just makes it so that u cant move once uve been stuck
