out of experience i believe that anyone with the name "unconnected" should be automatically kicked from servers. though i have to add that these people that are unconnected show up in voteX(ban/kick/mute and are unmutable btw) as having a null name(blank). whether this would affected normal joining players before the server gets their name i dont know but like i said; out of experience people that show up with that name are 99% of the time trouble makers.
