Only 23 hrs in CS:S and in that time they got banned on AWP for bhop cheats (since it says cheats and not scripts, I'm assuming it is auto-trigger). 2 of 3 of their steam friends have VAC bans.
Could be someone's alt account they hack on (likely one of the 3 friends). They definitely cheat, as evidenced by the anti-cheat ban on AWP. No evidence found for walls or for cheating on DoGz (outside your observations).
Hope this helps the admins in their investigation.
