So my laptop has been bugging out lately

so I have a new problem, everytime I open up a new window in intenet explorer a security window opens up and its an application tries to install its a upd2C19.tmp.exe what the hell is that. I did a virus scan and deleted some things from the scan and nothing is fixing this. any help? I'm running vista by the way sorry.

I would of suggested reinstalling IE, but Seed's worked, so NVM.
