Team Attacking Suggestion

Change team attacking to where it hurts ONLY the attacker. This would eliminate trolls from attacking and tk'ing, and it would also teach players how NOT to team attack. Who will want to shoot aimlessly if they know it will only hurt them??
Yes, you guys have the option to punish the team attacker but only when they actually kill you. What about the other idiots who just shoot anything they see, or the trolls who just want to be assholes??
Please look into it.. I think most other people would agree... If I attack someone that's MY fault and I think the hp I took from them should be taken away from me as well/instead.

I think with friendly fire enabled it is more complicated to get the knife kills, because not only can the enemy team hunt you down, but you have to worry about getting in the way of your team.
That, and the realization that yes you may be on nade, but that you can be a hindrance to your team with a bad toss.
I like the overall frailty it creates...
We do have the tk mod to help deal with the spammers, and usually an admin is close by to deal with it if needed as well.

With all do respect, I disagree. Knowing that team attacking will only damage YOU is actually more of an incentive to be careful about shooting/nading/knifing teammates. Despite admins being there or near by, abuse is still inevitable.
It would at least be worth a try. No harm in that.
Anyone else have an opinion? |

I agree that we take all suggestions seriously and as a clan discuss them because the servers must evolve in order to keep a captive audience.
however the only bitch is...in some maps there are incredible choke points which teammates love to run in front of your weapon and leave you with few options....either spray them and try to kill the enemy ...or you get a bullet in the face..

That's very true, Zodiac. Which is why things need to be set out on the table and talked about. There are always pros and cons to suggestions. But thanks for your input! |

what about the ass holes who run in front of you while you are shooting at the enemy? should you be punished because of them?

yes they do and by the way thats what trolls will do if you change it, they will just run in front of you while you shoot and you will end up killing your self

Sorry zeela. I'm on team Herpes with this one. Maybe I was drunk, ok I was most likely drunk, but I think GCM changed it recently on reverse to kind of the way you described it, and it sucked. It was like an instant kill on me for any potential damage done to a teammate.
Now like I said, they probably didn't change it and it was all in my head. Never the less, I didn't like what my brain was thinking was going on. 
I just didn't like being the only one punished for people running in front of me or on to my nade. I think the TK dynamics are perfect the way they are right now. |

Seriously, I don't like FF on. Which server are you referring z33la if I may ask? If you leave Turbo untouched, I will be happy and stay. I fucking love the way you guys setup the server Thank you.
You could setup FF for the other servers except turbo hahahah
