I was just playing on one of your servers and I got permanetly banned without hacking. I know why he banned me, but I have no idea why it happened.

We were playing on Funtimes and I just got my nade kill. Now i'm up top with knife and there's 2 players across the map up top shooting at me. All of a sudden I jump way up in the air all the way across the map and land right next to one of the players and knife him.

It was like when you accept the knife fight and if your too far away, you get moved next to that person to start the knife fight. I think the game had a glitch and that happened somehow. It also happened at the same time someone joined the server, maybe that had something to do with it. I really don't know, but I didn't have anything to do with it.

Then the map ended after I got my knife and the new map started. In the warmup with scout, I killed the 2 enemies with legitimate hedshots and then I was banned right away.

Just an FYI I've done it on Funtimes too, twice.
If you jump or fall on a barrel at just the right angle the models will collide and when forced apart it launches you in to the air like a catapult at a high speed. So there is a bug. I've only found it with barrel collisions, but there certainly could be others.

I have experience this also when falling on a barrel on funtimes! only happened 1 time though.
