Greased Up Mother Führer (STEAM_0:1:10250488)

This guy has a history of mic spamming in the Deathmatch server. His name is enough to indicate his trolling tendencies, and I believe he's only been banned for a short-term for mic spamming before, but he does this every time he comes into the server. Should be a permanent ban. Demo attached.
