Strange issue when im trying to join server

Hi,
When i try to join a server, server disappear from the server list and come back few time later

have same issue...and when the server appears it will not let you in saying server not responding

I get the same message in the server details, it says server not responding but if I click Join Server anyway it eventually connects. Very odd. On another note the ping spikes are gone or aren't as noticeable, I do get the occasional lag but its usually for a split second.
