ElvishQueen - Repeated Racism

I did file a voteban in game but it seems others are not doing the same. Even as I am writing this I heard him use it 4 times. Regulars Present: I got kicked for spectating for too long to go back and look at the names. I don't remember any regulars that I usually run into at night.
