Reason why you should be unbanned : I was warned (30 minute ban) for my spray previously, and I changed it to a spray that was not pornographic in nature. It does depict two attractive women in skimpy clothes, but it is definitely not porn. I have had other DOGZ members in the server while spraying it for quite a while now, as well as asked if it was ok and got a response that it wasn't porn its ok.
Which Server: Gungame/Turbo
If you do not want me to spray anything that even has people in it, please state it in the rules that you want to extend the clause beyond pornographic, but all the way to include anything that someone under the age of 8 shouldn't see. Its your server, its your rules, and I will play by them. I just don't know what to do when there is a gray area. I've played heavily on your gungame server and I'm not a moron who thinks I can 'fight the power' on YOUR server. Just let me know and I will gladly change whatever spray I have. |

Isn't it a little unfair to give me a week long ban for something that isn't clearly spelled out in the rules? Btw, they aren't twelve, they are of legal age. |

I didn't think it was sketchy. Provocative, maybe. It shows no nudity, but simply two (rather attractive I might add) asian women posing for the camera in some skimpy outfits. No nudity, no sex acts, just poses. |

I know that this thread is pretty much closed, but I would like to add a friendly suggestion to you. If you have been banned twice for something, and we unbanned you for something that we would normally not unban you for, why would you even try to test it? You have been mature about your unban request which is very respectable, but do not push us to our limits. As a friendly bit of advise, stay clear from anything that may be pushing the limitations, I have a feeling you will not be so lucky if you get banned again. If there is a spray that you must have, and you really are curious if it is acceptable, send it to one of us on the forums and we will let you know if it is allowed. Thank you, see ya in a week. |
