You also gotta remember hourly people have NO control on how much you make. Your boss tells you when to go home and there you stop getting payed.
One other kind of pay you all missed is a sales job where you payed commission on what you sell. With a job like that you are in control of how much you make. Wanna raise sell more. anyway that is what my boss tells me.  |
